By using InvoKit at invo-kit.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service description
InvoKit provides an online tool to create, preview, and download invoice and quote documents as PDF files. Creating and previewing documents is free; downloading a watermark-free PDF requires a one-time payment.
Not legal or tax advice
InvoKit is a document formatting tool only. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed before checkout. Purchases are for a single PDF download per payment unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use InvoKit for fraudulent invoices, illegal activity, or to impersonate others.
Limitation of liability
InvoKit is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, including lost revenue from invoice errors or payment disputes with your clients.
