Eligible purchases

This policy applies to one-time PDF download purchases made through InvoKit at invo-kit.com.

• Clean PDF downloads (watermark removed)
• Both invoice and quote documents

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected]with the subject line "Refund request"
2. Include the email used at checkout or your Stripe receipt
3. We'll confirm and process your refund within 3–5 business days

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
